Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Yvori, including booking, quoting, invoicing, reminders, payment workflows, and related software.
1. Platform scope
Yvori provides software for independent service businesses. Yvori is not the field service provider unless explicitly stated by the business.
Payments and Stripe
Payments on Yvori are processed by Stripe. Payout timing and availability depend on Stripe account status and bank processing.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled.
Booking and refund defaults
- Rescheduling at least 24 hours before booking is generally allowed.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit deposit or incur provider charges.
- Provider-specific policies override defaults when published.
