Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. If your issue relates to a specific booking, quote, invoice, or payout, include the business name, customer name, invoice number, or booking date in your email so support can review the record faster.
For customers booking with a provider
If your question is about a scheduled service, refund, reschedule request, or service delivery, contact the provider first using the details shown on your booking or invoice. If the issue is unresolved, email support and include the relevant record details.
For providers using Yvori
If you are onboarding to payment features, your Stripe account may require identity verification or additional review before payouts are available. Support can help explain what step is missing inside the platform, but Stripe controls its own review decisions.
