1. Platform scope
Yvori provides software for independent service businesses to manage leads, bookings, quotes, invoices, customer communication, and payment tracking. Yvori is not the provider of the underlying field service unless explicitly stated by the business using the platform.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your details current. You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
3. Payments and Stripe
Payments on Yvori are processed by Stripe. If you use payment features as a service provider, you may be required to create or connect a Stripe account, complete identity verification, and accept the applicable Stripe Connected Account Agreement and related Stripe terms. Payout timing, reserves, holds, and payment availability depend on Stripe, your connected account status, and banking partners.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
5. Booking, cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policy
Service providers using Yvori may publish their own cancellation, refund, deposit, and rescheduling terms. When a provider has published custom terms, those terms control the transaction with that provider.
When no separate provider policy is displayed, the following default policy applies:
- Rescheduling requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment is generally permitted at no extra charge.
- Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are generally eligible for a refund of any prepayment, less any non-refundable processing fees where disclosed or legally permitted.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of a deposit or other charge disclosed at booking.
- Refund requests should be submitted through the provider first. If the matter cannot be resolved directly, support can review the record maintained in Yvori.
6. Customer and provider responsibilities
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their service descriptions, pricing, availability, taxes, licenses, and fulfillment. Customers are responsible for reviewing the provider's service details, pricing, and posted policies before confirming a booking or payment.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Yvori for unlawful activity, deceptive practices, infringing content, or attempts to interfere with the platform, its users, or payment systems.
8. No guarantee of results
Yvori is designed to help businesses manage operations more efficiently, but we do not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, payment approval, payout timing, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxMin Agency LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or data arising from or related to use of Yvori.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Yvori after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
